Starting her career as a care worker, Natasha progressed through senior roles before becoming Unit Manager at Belmont Care Home, giving her a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership knowledge within the care sector.

Natasha is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing. She understands that great care is about building trusting relationships, taking the time to understand each individual and providing support in a way that is tailored to their needs, preferences and goals.
