My name is Helen Watmough, and through Together with Helen I provide caring, reliable support for individuals and families from birth through to later life, across Leyland and the surrounding areas.

I offer person-centred support that is tailored to each individual’s needs, recognising that care looks different at every stage of life. My approach is flexible, thoughtful and rooted in kindness, ensuring people feel supported, respected and understood.
