Sadie is an experienced self-employed carer and a passionate advocate for doing care well. As Regional Lead for Gloucestershire, she brings warmth, insight, and real-world knowledge to those starting or growing their care journey.

Location: Devon
Jenni is a compassionate and experienced self-employed carer who has been living in South Devon for over 26 years.
With over 10 years of self-employed care experience, Jenni understands both the challenges and the rewards of building and running a care business.
Jenni supports her clients with a calm, down-to-earth approach, with lots of laughter and smiles along the way, delivering care that is personal, consistent, and built on trust.
As Regional Lead for Devon, Jenni wants to share the knowledge she has gained a long the way and is passionate about supporting others in the self-employed care community. She is always happy to offer a listening ear, and provide honest, practical advice to those starting out or looking to grow in their care journey.

As Regional Lead for Wiltshire, Nicky is here to support, encourage, and guide carers in her area. She’s a great listener, a steady presence, and someone who believes in doing care the right way.
